If asbestos were found in our children's classrooms the schools wouldn't wait for their next committee meeting or another policy about building maintenance to be approved. They would immediately take action to safeguard the health of our children. These images are so explicitly graphic that Facebook has banned them, yet our schools continue to let them sit for children to check out. If it would be rated NC17 in a movie theater should it be in public school libraries? All of the below images and text are in books in a multitude of schools in Utah.
