School Library Book Transparency
A group of concerned South Dakota parents, grandparents and citizens has discovered hundreds of books in our school libraries that contain content that is potentially "harmful to minors". We have partnered with Rated Books to help inform and educate parents of what their children may have access to at school.

All of the following content falls under the Fair Use Law and is for the sole purpose of alerting parents of the dangers available to children in public and government school libraries.
When you click on the map locations, a list of books found in the school library will pop up. You can click on titles to review excerpts of concerning parts of those books, including language that may not be appropriate for children. Parental guidance suggested.
