V: A Novel by Thomas Pynchon

York, colonial Africa, Malta under siege, and fin-de-siecle
Paris as they chase the mysterious figure V.

This book’s main concerns are; alcohol, animal cruelty,
BDSM, body horror, demonic content (Black Mass),
explicit sexual nudity, fetishes, gore, pedophilia (themes),
profane/obscene treatment of religion, prurient content,
racism, sadomasochistic abuse, sexual activities, sexual
assault (attempted), sexual dialogue, and violence.
